HashTag Router is compatible with what web browsers?
In addition to Google Chrome, the HashTag Router extension can be used with the Opera web browser and Microsoft Edge Chromium.
How do I use HashTag Router?
After installing HashTag Router, you can enter a hashtag keyword or phrase by either:
1) Clicking the HashTag Router icon in the upper right-hand corner and entering the phrase in the search box. DO NOT ENTER THE ‘#” SYMBOL in front of the keyword!
2) In the address bar, type a ‘#” symbol, and then a tab or space – this will activate HashTag Router in the address bar. Then simply type the keyword (No need to enter the ‘#’ symbol again).
Who can view the hashtag phrases I’ve subscribed to?
HashTag Router is a global network. Anyone using the extension and entering your registered hashtag will be able to view the assigned web page (unless the web page is an internally protected ‘Intranet’ website).
How can I promote my hashtag phrase registered with HashTag Router?
You are granted permission to link to HashTag Router and use any of the logos appearing on our website to help promote your hashtag phrase. Here is sample code:
